Reward Program Rules:
Independent advisors associated with Exempt Market Dealers (“EMD’s”) eligible to sell the Productivity Media suite of funds in Canada are eligible to participate in the Red Carpet Program. To be eligible to receive rewards, a participant must hold a valid license, achieve the minimum stated qualification requirements as previously outlined, and maintain their associations with their respective EMD’s at the time awards are granted.
All eligible participants must adhere to industry standards and legal and regulatory requirements, including full disclosure to their customers of participation in the Productivity Media Red Carpet Program.
Eligible subscription sales must be deposited between March 1, 2013 and August 31, 2013. Each subscription sale will be accepted and validated by both Productivity Media Inc. and Apex Fund Managers. The validation process will take approximately 5 days after initial deposit of the subscription funds.
Winning participants acknowledge that Productivity Media Inc. has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any reward, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees with respect to a reward (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefor, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. All rewards must be accepted as awarded and are not transferrable or convertible to cash. If a reward, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Productivity Media Inc. reserves the right to substitute the reward with another reward of equal or greater value.
Productivity Media Inc. reserves the right to not provide rewards to any individual where, in its sole judgment and discretion, it deems any such reward to be inappropriate for any reason.
Productivity Media Inc. reserves the right to withdraw this program completely at any time in its sole discretion, including without limitation based on industry and/or regulatory decisions and trends.
By accepting any reward, the winner releases Productivity Media Inc. from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any reward.
